All team members participate in one of our ‘Positive Change’ groups which drive staff initiatives on the Environment, Community, Personal Development and Wellbeing, whilst some of our senior management team have partnered with Pilotlight to make our expertise available to UK charities who might otherwise not be able to afford it.
